Criterion 6: Public and stakeholder views
This criterion was about whether the advice from the Partnership to local authorities would be credible given public and stakeholder views – essentially it was about how the Partnership would take account of your views.
A key priority for the Partnership was to significantly raise awareness of ths issues involved in the Managing Radioactive Waste Safely process and to consider public views before sending its Final Report to the Councils.
